Development Group
The Israel Canada Group is a real estate investment company active in property development, construction, and improvement throughout Israel and around the globe. For over two decades, Israel Canada has been shaping the urban fabric in prominent high-demand areas, always selecting land and properties that benefit from strategic locations.
Israel Canada is proud of its long line of architectural icons, which have made their mark on landscapes worldwide, such as the exclusive skyscrapers of Park Tzameret; Midtown in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem; W Towers, Da Vinci, Blue, and Rothschild 17 in Tel Aviv; the Microsoft campus and Sea View buildings in Herzliya, as well as other beachfront projects; and dozens of other real estate initiatives that have positioned the Group at the forefront of Israeli and international income-producing real estate investments.
One of Israel Canada’s breakthrough achievements is its mixed-use strategy, which has been implemented to great success in Israel. This represents a pioneering new perspective on integrating residential, business, and entertainment developments.
The Group’s impressive reputation, and the fact that its name has become synonymous with “safe investment,” testify to the values that drive its activities: remaining committed to the goal, making bold decisions, and strictly maintaining professionalism, every day and in every way.
The planning, which champions sustainable development, was conducted in accordance with the wind regime and integrated sophisticated infrastructure solutions at the neighborhood level, including pneumatic waste collection, gray water reclamation, renewable energy production, use of natural gas, and construction in line with green building standards.

Interior Architects
Interior architect Lyd Zur has extensive, varied experience in the design of retirement communities, including for the Mediterranean Towers, Palace (by the Azrieli Group), and Neve Amit brands. All her works emphasize design psychology, so that every element is effective, relevant, and useful – not only in terms of the private rooms, but also in the public areas, including foyers, hallways, walkways, sitting areas, courtyards, and balconies. Zur imbues all of these places with a warm, familial ambience so they feel clean, elegant, bright, and full of life – just like home.
