  • There is a continuous access path from the parking lot through the entrance of the reception center to where the service is provided (including elevators).
  • Accessible service stations are available at the reception center.
  • Hearing loop devices have been installed for the hearing impaired.
  • Accessible restrooms for people with disabilities are available in the building lobby and on various floors.
  • Identification and directional signage are available.
  • Service animals intended to assist a person with a disability are permitted to enter the reception center.
